Join AARP for just $12 for your first year when you sign up for a 5-year term. Get instant access to members-only products and hundreds of discounts, a free second membership, and a subscription to AARP the Magazine.
In many states the discounts are mandatory, so car insurance companies must offer insurance discounts to people completing a classroom-based, state-approved driver-improvement course. Discounts may vary based on the participant's age, driving record
and
other factors, and all participants are encouraged to check with their insurance agent before completing the AARP Smart Driver course.
