Fire Chief’s Wife Accused of Exposing Herself to Teen Volunteer and Making Inappropriate Sexual Remarks

Police say the wife of a local fire chief is under investigation after allegedly behaving inappropriately with a 14-year-old junior firefighter — a case that has stunned the department and shaken the community.

Nathan Turner — who was serving as chief of the Fair Oaks Volunteer Fire Department in Leet Township, Pennsylvania — was arrested along with his wife, Stephanie Ann Turner, after investigators uncovered a series of disturbing text messages between the two describing their alleged misconduct, according to court documents obtained by WPXI.

According to the documents, the teen — a junior volunteer firefighter who had looked up to the chief and his wife like parental figures — was blindsided when she began flirting with him and talking about her hopes that they would eventually have sex.

Court documents reveal that she once walked around topless while the boy was at their Leet home—and even went so far as to pull down her pants, flashing herself, all while joking about it with her husband.

“You literally took your pants off in front of him,” the fire chief texted his wife last summer, according to court documents obtained by WPXI.

“Yes, I did,” she allegedly admitted.

The damning texts reportedly surfaced after Nathan Turner’s phone was seized during an investigation into a theft at the Sewickley Water Authority, where he had worked before joining the fire department.

Both Turners now face a shocking list of charges, including corruption of minors, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent exposure, harassment, open lewdness, and criminal conspiracy.

The fire department declined to comment on the allegations, calling them "concerning and serious."
