RFK Jr. and Cheryl Hines Left Reeling by Olivia Nuzzi’s Shocking Tell-All, Source Reveals

Journalist Olivia Nuzzi — who is said to have had a sexting affair with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. — has penned a bombshell tell-all that reportedly 'blindsided' the MAHA leader and left his wife, actress Cheryl Hines, in 'shock and distress,' a source told The Post.

Sources say the controversial Secretary of Health and Human Services, 71, and 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' star Cheryl Hines, 60, are 'fearing the revelations' in the secretly written memoir by Vanity Fair editor Olivia Nuzzi, 31, which could reignite last year’s humiliating scandal.

“Bobby and Cheryl initially went through marital hell last year when the affair was first revealed. She even considered divorce for a time, but they’ve since reconciled and had been relieved that the scandal had seemingly blown over,” the insider said.

“Cheryl eventually and emphatically believed, without reservation, Bobby’s denial” that he had an intimate relationship — online or off — with the ex-New York Magazine political writer.

Hines’ representative declined to comment, while calls to Kennedy went unanswered, leaving questions hanging in the air.

Depending on just how shocking Nuzzi’s claims turn out to be, insiders speculate they "could bring Kennedy’s cabinet career in the Trump administration to an abrupt halt."

As the scandal erupted, Kennedy denied any affair, insisting through a spokesperson that his only meeting with Nuzzi was a single interview during his 2024 presidential campaign.

According to Hines, after the scandal surfaced, Kennedy proposed pretending they were separated so she could have some peace from public scrutiny.

“It was a very sweet notion but … I didn’t think that was helpful,” Hines said.

All Nuzzi has revealed about the relationship is that it was 'personal, but never physical,' keeping the full story shrouded in mystery.

Her ex-fiancé, former Politico journalist Ryan Lizza, later claimed in a court filing that Bobby had sought to "possess," "control," and "impregnate" Nuzzi.

He alleged that Nuzzi had referred to Kennedy as a "sex addict," branded their affair "toxic, unhealthy, stupid, psychotic, crazy, indefensible," and insisted that Bobby leveraged his "huge power" to manipulate her.

While Nuzzi’s "American Canto" is slated for a December 2 release, Hines has been energetically promoting her memoir, "Unscripted," coming out November 11, putting the two highly anticipated books on a collision course.

A publishing source familiar with Nuzzi’s book told The Post: “Not to diminish Bobby and Cheryl’s negative reaction and fear about Olivia’s upcoming tell-all, but i t really comes down to the old story — ‘He said, she said.’ So who’s to be believed?

“But one thing’s for certain, with the two women writing about their relationship with one man – a Kennedy with a long history of womanizing. It’s definitely going to generate public interest.”
