Philadelphia Insurance Companies announced it has partially restored network access while continuing to address an outage that has disrupted operations since June 9
“Employees across the country are beginning to regain access to key systems, including email. However, we are still in the early stages of restoring full operations, and completing this process will take time,” the insurer reported on June 17.
Philadelphia Insurance reported that it disconnected its systems on June 9 after identifying suspicious activity, in an effort to contain the potential threat.
Phone, email, and online services remain disrupted due to the outages.
Philadelphia Insurance policyholders needing to file a claim can call 800-765-9749 and select option #3.
Erie policyholders who need to file a claim can contact their local agent or call 800-367-3743. For customer service assistance, call 800-458-0811.
