“A network outage impacting Erie systems continues. All available resources are working to restore access as soon as possible,” the company reported in a brief update on its website.
Erie Insurance stated that the outage disrupted “all systems,” though it has not released any information regarding the cause, origin, or possible data breaches.
Online account access and customer service remain unavailable to customers, as those systems have yet to be restored.
Despite the outage, Erie Insurance’s local agents, claims teams, and customer care representatives continue to support customers.
