Philadelphia Insurance Co. is currently facing a network outage impacting its operational systems.
The outage has disrupted the insurer’s phone and email services, along with customer access to online applications.
“We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience,” a notice on its website says.
Policyholders wishing to file a claim may contact 800.765.9749 and select option #3.
Philadelphia Insurance is the second Pennsylvania-based insurer this week to report a network outage. Erie Insurance has been actively working to restore its services following a disruption caused by what it described as an “information security event.”
Philadelphia Insurance Companies (PHLY) provides commercial property/casualty and professional liability insurance and is part of the Tokio Marine Group.
