It also runs a leaner yet well diversified portfolio featuring modest positions in its top bets. The fund seeks businesses with high ROE, low leverage and positive cash flows, with sustainable competitive advantages. While the fund’s long-term track record is erratic, it has endured a torrid time since 2021. It has sharply lagged both its index and peers, sinking to the bottom of the performance charts. Investors should stick with more proven offerings in this segment.
