The Spotlight token sale will feature a hard cap of 300,000 USDT, with a total allocation of 420,000 LSD tokens. There will be 3,000 winning tickets, with each ticket granting an allocation of 140 LSD at a sale price of 0.7142 USDT per token. The sale will follow a Hold & Gain lottery ticket format, where 40% of the tokens will be unlocked at the Token Generation Event (TGE) and the remaining 60% will vest monthly over three months.
Participants can join from 10:00 AM on July 24, 2024, to 16:00 PM on July 27, 2024 (UTC), during which KuCoin will take hourly snapshots of users' USDT and KCS balances to determine ticket allocation. The ticket calculation period will follow, and the tickets will be announced on July 28, 2024. The lottery draw results will be revealed on July 29, 2024, and token distribution will occur between 08:00 and 11:00 on July 30, 2024 (UTC).
